I attended Le Cordon Bleu in Portland, OR and most of my post-culinary school experience was in the Destin, FL area. My experience was focused on from-scratch fine-dining, including all stocks, sauces, breads, and desserts. I have extensive experience with many global cuisines.
I returned to school to get a BS in Food Science (graduated 2014) and I am currently on a Teaching Assistantship to get a Master's in food science (May 2016) at the University of Florida.
I am starting a PhD in the Horticulture Department at the University of Florida in May 2016, where I will be working on cover crops and nutrient management in organic strawberry production.
