Daniel Harrison

Act as a part-time tutor for students enrolled in the Paralegal/Legal Studies and Criminal Justice programs, and have provided assistance to students in the following courses: Introduction to Criminal Justice, Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Criminal Justice Research Methods, Tort Law, Civil Litigation, Legal Research/Writing, Estate Law, and Professional Legal Responsibility/Ethics.

As a member of the Division of Law's Environmental Enforcement section, responsibilities include representation of the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection in federal and State litigation matters to enforce a wide range of federal and State environmental laws, including the Spill Compensation and Control Act, the Brownfield and Contaminated Site Remediation Act, the Water Pollution Control Act, and the Site Remediation Reform Act (SRRA). Additional litigation experience includes defending the State and its employees - including county prosecutors and other law enforcement personnel - in dozens of personal injury and civil rights matters in the New Jersey Superior Court Law and Appellate Divisions, and in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
