I was the youngest high school student to be inducted into Phi Theta Kappa National Honor Society (Collegiate), The National Society of High School Scholars and the National Honor Society from my high school. I was recognized by WETM 18 News as one of the youngest students in New York to earn an 'A' grade in college mathematics. As my self-concept formed, my inner belief became filled with an unquenchable passion for STEM. So, I started taking math classes at Corning Community College over the summer when I was twelve years old in order to improve my math skills. Overtime, I also developed a passion for science, history and computers. Today, I am an engineering student at the historic Howard University in Washington, DC.
