Hello there! Welcome to my Merit Page. My name is David J. Handley and I am a junior at Georgia Southwestern State University, majoring in Early Childhood Education, and am a hopeful future educator. I am a collegiate FEA member, Future Education Association Honor Society member, a Grand Honor Society of Fitzgerald High School member (over 1,000 on my math and reading portions of the SAT), I am a 4 year recipient of the Top Ten Distinction, I was voted most Intellectual in my senior class (must have a 90 academic and a 3.5 cumalitive), I am a member of PAGE, FEA Co-sponsor of my high school's club, Beta Club member, 4-H member, County 4-H president (2012), State Congress deligate with 4-H (placed 2nd in state), Youth Summit candidate for 4-H, Yearbook Editor 2009-2011, Thespian with over 1,000 credited Theatrical experience hours, Award Winning Actor (Schroeder in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown), Semi-Professional Clarinetist, Drum Major (2012), and proud uncle, nephew, brother, and son.
