Safety Manager at Cranemasters
Develop written programs for LMS, SMS, and PSM. Maintain 3rd party compliance sites for Cranemasters Safety department (Avetta, ComplyWorks, PEC, ISNetWorld, First Verify, BROWZ, and SMI/Appruv). Develop accident-prevention and loss-control systems and programs for incorporation into policies and procedures of Cranemasters. Manage company-wide workers compensation, general liability, auto liability and other losses, property claims; assess all property losses and submit as necessary to carrier; direct catastrophic property claims preparation, forecasts, submittal and support of insurance recovery from carriers. Compile, analyze, and interpret data related to occupational illnesses and accidents and prepares reports for information of personnel concerned. Devise methods to evaluate division specific safety programs and conducts or directs evaluations. Knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations (i.e. OSHA, MSHA, FRA, DOT) applicable to employee safety and occupational health. Ability to interpret safety and environmental laws and regulations. Maintain Cranemasters OSHA 300/300A Logs and Submission Assist with annual company insurance renewal. Develop regulatory compliance as needed for 49 CFR Parts 213, 214, 219, and 243, obtaining and maintaining approval letters. File Quarterly and Annual MSHA reports. Work with KELMAR safety site to manage CDL driver compliance. Administer Drug Test.
