As social media manager for the University of North Georgia, I combine the skills and knowledge I have developed in two decades of working in the communcations field. I Iead efforts to strengthen the university's social media presence with goals of increasing engagement with key audiences and enhancing and protecting the university's reputation. I also develop overall strategies for social media; create compelling and engaging written, visual and video storytelling content; and advise other university stakeholders on achieving communications and marketing goals via social media.
