Elena Mastrodomenico

I'm currently a Junior at Nichols College in pursuit of my Bachelor's of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and a minor in Human Resource Management. My love for a career in business, especially Finance, started at a young age thanks to the influence of my parents and the knowledge I've come to learn over the years from my educational and professional experiences. Having many years of professional experience working in an upbeat, constantly evolving office environment, I am knowledgeable on the workings of a highly regarded business. Being able to communicate effectively with customers, fellow employees, and management is a crucial skill I've come to develop. Ive also learned how to find balance with my work load, while attending school full-time, which lead to the development of my ability to time manage and work more efficiently.
