-Responsible for launching, managing, and growing the community of Heartland Hispana from 1 family to 250+ weekly attendees. -Conducted weekly teachings to audiences ranging from 250-300. -Directed large community outreach events such as; an annual Christmas toy distribution, which stared with less than 100 toys, and grew to a distribution of 600+ toys to children of low income families. -Developed an outreach program where we would give groceries to 50+ needy families of our community on a monthly basis. -Headed the recruitment and development of core leadership, staff and volunteers, that supported and advanced the operations of the organization.
