This experience has helped me deliver the best service to my employers, regardless of the type of position, and allows me to be more empathetic to the needs of the employees I support in my current position at F&P Georgia.

Kennesaw State University recently welcomed its newest class of graduates. Nearly 2,300 students earned bachelor's, master's or doctoral degrees during Fall 2017 commencement ceremonies in December.

Maintain proper change management documentation for yearly JSOX audits.
Provide technical support and educate users on new computers, equipment and software.
Perform some help desk responsibilities as needed.
Provide 24-hour on-call support for three shifts.
