MCNC Student Leadership Conference
On two separate occasions, I participated in the Middle College National Consortium's student leadership conference. This conference is dedicated to the sharing of ideas and completion of community service projects through the collaboration of early college high schools around the United States. Once a year, a national conference is held and each participating school send representatives to present their findings from the work done throughout the year and meet other students from around the country. I was chosen to attend this conference both years I participated. In the spring of 2014, my high school hosted this event and I lead a small group of students from various schools in community service projects around Columbus, Ohio.
