• Visit day care homes and ensure paperwork is up to date for children's physicals, medications, and individual health plans. • Conduct screenings for early head start children and provide follow-up with height, weight, vision, and hearing. • Conduct monthly Home Day Care Health and Safety visits for twenty providers, enter data into Child Plus system, create forms, create policies and provide necessary data for the PIR report. • Provide training and education to Education Coordinators, Family Service workers, Health Coordinator, Providers, and Parents. Ensure that the Early Head Start Program follows all Office of Early Childhood and Head Start regulations.

• Responsible for working with company accounts, • Create policies for all centers to follow • Assist in the hiring process for new Assistant Directors and Directors for new centers. • Market company by creating materials to present to local businesses, meet with community members to promote the business, post unique and interesting blogs to the company website weekly, update all social media content, stage and take photos for website, and update all content on website as needed. • Learn and implement ProCare software, create a training plan, and train Assistant Directors, Directors, and Business Office on software and new programs. • Assist with company expansion including licensing, ordering, set-up, training, and marketing.
