Administrative Assistant at High Vista Amenity Association

This summer job required extensive experience using Microsoft Excel, Publisher, Word, and PowerPoint. As an assistant to the general manager, I edited the member directory, created the July edition of the monthly newsletter, submitted entries into the food, beverage, and alcohol inventory, as well as answered the office phone and took messages. When needed, I doubled as a server for the Robinson Pub and assisted during special events, such as weddings and outdoor celebrations.
