Student Visit Ambassadors assist and support the Campus Visit Coordinator and Office of Admission staff with our daily visit program as well as special events, such as open houses, group visits, and hometown high school visits.  SVAs play a critical role in their responsibility for building a large but selective and diverse pool of volunteers whose goal is to welcome prospective students and their families into the Knox community. SVAs assume a position of leadership among their peers; the strength of our volunteer pool results from the training and support provided by them. While the SVAs primarily work hard and diligently behind the scenes, the realization of their efforts manifests front and center in the form of a community who warmly welcomes and engages with our visiting prospective students.
