Host Server at TGI Fridays

On most nights in which I would host, I was the closing host who was entrusted with the most responsibility. I quickly( a matter of weeks) worked my way in to this position by being a quick learner and hard worker. As closing host we were solely responsible for making sure guests were accommodated to their liking and servers were also getting equal amounts of parties. I had to do this often under the stress of 2 hour long waits and impatient customers, but always found a way to make the guests and servers happy. My work did not go unnoticed as, within my first couple of months working there, I was promoted to togo/ expo which was a $4.00 per hour raise and better hours. My employers would give me high praise if asked about not only my work ethic, as well as my performance.
