I believe in working hard until the job is done and, even then, not resting. This mentality of reliance has led me to overcome a lot of obstacles in my life, from dealing with my trailblazer's, my grandpa's, passing to being one of the first in my family to attend college and now as I establish my own catering business, Ay que rico!

¡Ay, Qué Rico! which stands for Wow, How Delicious is a Latin Flavor Catering service by students for students. The idea originates from the street vendors of Los Angeles, grandmas home cooking, and authentic Latin holiday dishes. Our passion is to remind the enormous and growing population of latinos on university campuses of these Latin Flavors that we grew up with and introduce those who have not to an authentic Latin American Culture.
