Balanced registers from daily operations, ensured the duties of other employees is done to expectation as well as my own, and facilitated a pleasurable experience customers sought from the restaurant, and training new employees. In addition to working on-site at the business, I served as an admin on social media sites. I used my business and management skills learned through prior work experience and the Management Fellows Program at DePauw to strategically market The Putnam Inn to a larger customer base.
