May, 31 2017 - Verified by Simpson CollegeThis summer, I will be working both independently and collaboratively with the MG-ALFA Model Development Team in order to prepare actuarial models that are used for financial reporting, pricing, and risk analysis. I may also assist with evaluating and implementing model change requests from the actuarial organization, and develop processes and tools to assist with analyzing model results.
I served as a community leader for 32 incoming students. I created social and educational programs for my residents, solved various issues, and worked to ensure my residents had a safe, fun, and successful experience at Simpson College.
I assisted in the final stages of developing a new annuity product by creating a tool to compute Customer IRR for every age and income wait period with VBA and Microsoft Excel, creating macros to automate various processes, running sensitivities in MG ALFA for decision-making, and presenting my results to management.
