Assist with marketing promotional activities including social media, mail, e-mail, and web. Create flyers and other printed materials. Assist with database management. Draft communications. Assist with web page and social media management and content development. Assist with the planning of events, including attending planning meetings. Report on Club events/programs using both written and photo journalism.

Requirements of a shift supervisor are to be extremely customer focused, outgoing and friendly, with experience in the customer service industry. Responsibilities include all aspects of service, quality, cleanliness, labor, costs, production, and maintenance for the restaurant during a shift.

Assist library users at the service desk an average of 10 hours per week with computer hardware and software applications on Center computers, such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Final Cut Pro, and the iLife Suite. Circulate, troubleshoot, and provide users with basic knowledge about equipment for loan, such as video cameras, microphones, and hard drives. Provide support for the microform collection and equipment that services this collection, as well as self-service photocopiers and scanner/copiers. Create tutorial videos, promotional slides, and/or poster content related to the resources in the Student Multimedia Design Center to display in the site.
