Jessica is currently a junior at Ithaca College, majoring in Accounting. She dedicates herself to her field and would like to apply what she has learned to an internship for this summer. She has many desired skills. She is familiar and able to work well on teams as she is on the varsity field hockey team. Jessica is Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint certified, and she is committed in all that she does. Jessica Smith was recognized for winning a scholarship
The Flora Brown Award provides $10,000 for selected students entering as new matriculants and has a 2.75 grade point average requirement in order for the scholarship to be renewed in a subsequent year. The award is good for up to eight semesters of full-time enrollment (nine if in a 4.5 year program of study) and will be renewed automatically as long as recipients continue to make satisfactory progress toward a degree and the GPA requirement, if applicable.
