I'm a Junior in the Business College still exploring the many options that this field offers. I've always enjoyed having my hand in as many jars as possible, as I enjoy the fast pace of multitasking and crave the challenge of mastering one thing only to move onto learning something new. My dream jobs include operating a bed and breakfast, opening a thrift-style boutique that sells repurposed goods, and planning luxury weddings. My career choices will almost certainly be selected to accommodate my passions for hiking, travel, and my furry children.

In my training capacity, I orient and train new employees as well as coach and facilitate the ongoing learning of existing employees. Primarily, I work as a server, but I have gained proficiency in five other skill levels to include line and prep cook duties as well as the retail position. I was named our store's 2013 Trainer of the Year. For the last three years, I have partnered with management to streamline our Thanksgiving Day bulk order process and increase the productivity and efficiency of that system.
