Having started my career in Real Estate Lending in 1996, I have become a student of the industry constantly striving to better educate myself within this changing environment. I have chosen to specialize in self-employed borrowers who normally encounter many frustrations when applying for credit due to most peoples lack of understanding of tax returns and global cash flow. I have made it a point to educate myself on the intricacies of calculating income for individuals who are owners of multiple corporations and partnerships. Having been in management most of my career, I try to instill the same professionalism to my entire team. Specialties: Residential Lending, Private Equity, Commercial Loans, Note Purchasing.
