Throughout childhood I could always be found on a sports field or court: whether it be in competitive soccer, taekwondo, basketball, or track, sports surrounded my life. Upon heading into college, I chose to end my run in competitive soccer to better focus on my academic load. However, I simply cannot keep away from sports. So, I am electing to follow the career path of Athletic Training, with a goal to work in collegiate or professional sports.

I monitor Club Sport practices and competitions; checking teams in and watching for injuries, confrontations, or other possible problems. In the event of an injury, I am the first responder to the athlete. After tending to the injury, I fill out paperwork detailing the event.
