I am a child of God, called to serve him. I am currently a junior at Concordia University in Seward, Nebraska. I am working to get my Elementary Education degree and my degree in Christian Education. I hope to one day serve the education system, the Church, and God, so that I can give back to all the amazing memories and saving Graces they gave me.

Praise Committee
As part of the tech team on the Praise committee I will be helping set up and tear down for Praise (a student led Bible service on Wednesday nights at Concordia University Seward, NE). Student bands will come in and provide the music for the night and I help set up their sets for the night and tear it down on Fridays, for Chapel on Mondays. I will also be helping with scheduling of people to help work the slides and soundboard for Praise.

Vacation Bible School
I was always involved in VBS and I worked it for 8 years in a row. I was a leader of the 4th graders for 3 years, then I helped in the arts and crafts for 2 years and I was an assistant leader for 2nd graders for 3 years with my mother. I was also always willing to help set up and tear down each year.

Intern -- National Missions at The Lutheran Church Missouri Synod
I am an intern at the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod in the National Missions Department. I am helping with organizing and getting ready of things for the National Youth Gathering that will be held in New Orleans this year on July 16th-20th.

Summer Camp Employee at St. Mark's Lutheran Church
The first year I worked as a helper in the Kindergarten to 8th grade summer camp. I would help the lead teacher get things ready and help the children with different crafts and activities. My last two years of working summer camp there, I was the lead summer camp teacher. I would plan activities and crafts based on a theme we had chosen before summer began.

Extended Care and Before Care Worker at St. Mark's Lutheran Church
I started in this position as an employee working under another staff member at 15 years old. We served snack to the children grades Kindergarten through 8th grade and provided care for them until their parents could be at the school to pick them up. The last year I was at the school I was running before and aftercare. I would buy the snacks and be there before school and afterschool to provide care for the children.

Farm Hand at Deep Cedar Farm
I started with handling Sunday morning and evening feedings at a privately owned barn. I would feed and water the horses and other animals at the barn. After a year of working there I was given more days to work during the week, the owner would call me whenever she could not get out to do it. I also for the last two years, stayed at the owners house as she went out of town to watch the animals and the property.
