After stumbling across the educational degree path of Communications, I discovered the opportunity to specialize my major with an emphasis in Ethical Leadership; allowing my personal desire to make a positive imprint in the world to fuel the pursuit of my degree. Furthermore, I am able to use my minor in Marketing as a creative outlet that can be used as a tool to connect people.
My professional experiences have solidified my foundational beliefs of the importance of possessing a strong work ethic, dedication to a greater cause, and desire to learn more about the world around me. I have found that being able to put my passions and skills to good use by being apart of organizations who make a difference, big or small, sparks a deeply-rooted drive to put my best foot forward and to excel in my personal involvement with the organization.
Using my energetic personality to work hard, relate to others, and provide my best efforts in everything I do to allows me to become passionate and dedicated to anything that I put my mind to. My experience with community involvement, customer relations, fundraising, and marketing have all confirmed the decision of my educational degree path, exciting me about my future career opportunities.
My strengths include strong written & verbal communication skills, active listening, attention to detail, organization, creative thinking, leadership, and a team player.
