As Project Manager of a technology team, I was responsible to write the the documentation, determine the project schedule, assign team tasks, ensure team members are on track with tasks, and ensure the project remained on budget. My project team and I deployed new technology across the school's campus, taught users how to best use the new technology, and held constant communication with other departments to maintain the best costumer service possible during times of transition. Part of the job of being an Administrative Assistant was to create documentation for both the department and the entire University; manage the departmental email, phone calls, and scheduling; and aid in out-of-town event coordination.
