June, 22 2016 - Verified by Buffalo StateThrough the 4 week MIT Global Startup Labs Program I was part of the team that developed the Gubi startup, which consists of an Educational Augmented Reality Mobile Game.
In Gubi's development I was in charge of Market Research, Business Model and Financial Plan development.
This program was an extraordinary opportunity to learn more about many different aspects of the development of a startup. From the outstanding MIT Team I was able to learn new Brainstorming techniques, Design Thinking and Human Centered Design, some Python and Web Development, Brand Identity, and how to prototype an idea taking into account important UX Design aspects.
It was also an incredible exercise of developing a business' Core Competence and Competitive Position, as well as its Business Model and Financial Plan.
A stellar opportunity to get insight from incredibly successful entrepreneurs such as Guilherme Lichand from Movva, Flavio Silva Bento from Atos Capital, Tiago Melo from Lumen Games, and Jos Rabelo from Innovacura Biomaterials, as well as some groundbreaking medical technology being developed at the Tiradentes University.
As a Social Media Evaluator with Appen I provide feedback on news feeds, advertisements and search results.
