Full-time nanny to a 4 year old whose parents are essential workers during the pandemic. Interned in translational research lab working on a project focused on the effects of miRNA on an aggressive phenotype of clear cell renal cancer. Responsibilties included cell culture, protein extraction and analysis (specifically BCA and Western Blotting), RNA extraction and analysis (RT-PCR), and processing of biological specimens including tissue, urine, and blood.
