Through both literary research and field research I helped gather data on the cultural history of the Spanish Virgin Islands of Vieques and Culebra. At the islands I performed semi-structured interviews and participant observation which I compiled and synthesized with the literary research I performed. I worked with a team of eleven we worked to create a collective island guide that was published and is available for purchase.
I performed general office tasks including filing, maxing, mailing, and ordering products as well as assisting in organizing the warehouse facilities.
