My responsibility as a crew trainer is to make sure everyone is following the proper procedures and making the store experience the best we can. I also train any new employees coming in. Another part of my job is to handle any customer, with compliments or complaints and report those to my managers to make the restaurant know where we need to improve and how we need to do so.
