Myles McLeroy

Majored in Computer Science, Mathematics, Minored in Randall Research Scholars Program
The University of Alabama, Class of 2020
From Cullman, AL
I'm a highly motivated sophomore double majoring in computer science and mathematics. I'm also minoring in undergraduate research through the Randall Research Scholars Program, which is a nationally recognized interdisciplinary research program that pairs exceptional students with leading research professors and cutting-edge computing technology to conduct undergraduate research. This summer I'll be interning at Google in California where I'll be exploring the use of quantum machine learning techniques such as quantum annealing to reduce ad latency across the web and potentially impact hundreds of millions of users. I'll also be taking two graduate computer science courses at Stanford University (CS 221: Artificial Intelligence and CS 229: Machine Learning) as part of the Artificial Intelligence Intensive.
