Megan Duret

I am a highly motivated student looking to pursue a degree in clinical psychology in order to achieve my goal of having the credentials, ability, and background necessary to inspire people to feel good about their place in life. I will be graduating from The College of St. Scholastica in December of 2017 with a major in psychology and a minor in English. For as long as I can remember, I have asked questions driven by my endless curiosity, and continuing my education would further this pursuit. In addition to my desire to help others, I have had a number of experiences that will aid in my success as a clinical psychologist. I have developed and practiced skills in leadership as co-president of psychology club at the College of St. Scholastica, and my time as intern at Courage Kenny Rehabilitation Institute Northland has taught me how to relate and connect with people from all walks of life. With the passion and motivation I have for my goal of attaining a PsyD in Clinical Psychology, I have every hope that I can continue my success in graduate school.
