Resident Coordinator at Gettysburg College
Work as the Resident Coordinator (RC) of Rice Hall, a first year residence hall at Gettysburg College. In addition to continuing the work of a Resident Assistant (RA), the responsibilities of the RC include being a peer mentor and resource for the other RA's in Rice Hall; completing an increased amount of administrative tasks in the Office of Residence Life and First Year Programs; in addition to being solely responsible for a floor of first year students.
