I am currently employed at the Baldwin County Child Advocacy Center as a counselor for victims of child sexual abuse and/or severe physical abuse. I am organized, punctual, and fluent in Spanish. I recently graduated from the University of Alabama with a Master's in Social Work and look to pursue more experience in working with children, adolescents, and their families. My interests include: Child Welfare, Latino/Hispanic Community Outreach, Marriage & Families, Human Trafficking Prevention, Child Abuse Prevention, Foster Care, Adoption, Poverty Relief, and the Elderly, among other social work interests.

CARE House, Inc., is the Baldwin County Child Advocacy Center. As the Family/Victim Advocate, I provide emotional support and education for the non-offending caregivers of the children we serve. I am also the court advocate and provide criminal justice support for the victim(s) and their family as their case proceeds through the judicial court system. In addition to, I am also the coordinator for the Rollercoasters program which is offered to children whose parents are undergoing a divorce, separation, or remarriage. The Rollercoasters program is intended to help children by teaching them coping skills while also helping them to develop self-confidence and hope for the future.
