Student Office Assistant at Coastal Carolina University

I worked in the English Department primarily and occasionally in the Dean's Office of the Humanities College. At this job I helped assist faculty members with things like scanning, copying, and distribution. I also performed more administration specific tasks like helping to assign classrooms, filing, handling interoffice mail, and assisting students with various paperwork and forms. This job helped to grant me a fuller understanding of how universities and academia function behind the scenes.
