Lead a direct staff of technical associates in the Wet Chemistry Analytical Laboratory and Waste Water Treatment. Lead the environmental activities throughout the facility to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. Lead Environmental activities to include, Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure permit limitations are met, Secures all environmental permits and authorization appropriate for the operations in the facility, Creates and issues required reports to federal, state and local authorities, i.e. SARA title II, Investigates environmental spills or accidents, Advises on cleanup and prevention of future incidents,Responsible for the proper and safe handling and disposal of all chemical and hazardous waste materials, Assure adherence to all requirements of OSHA, EPA, state and local laws and ordinances as they pertain to environmental controls and chemical handling • Lead all environmental audits and visits • Lead/Teach problem-solving activities within teams, driving root cause identification using structured methods, and implementing sustainable corrective actions.

Process Control Wet Chemistry Laboratory & Waste Water Treatment • Chemistry Analytical Laboratory o ensure plating process control and monitoring o work procedures and schedules to meeting testing requirements on production processes • determine operating efficiency of process or equipment • Confer with engineering and production team to conduct analyses, interpret test results, and develop corrective actions for non-conforming results o Works with engineering team on formula adjustments and specification limits • Waste Water Treatment Process o Annual Maintenance of System: Upgrade/Replacement of water processing storage, treatment, and disposal equipment • process documents for the Lab (Std Work, PFD, PCP). Use documents to drive standardization and maintain process control
