The mission of the Well Dunn Foundation is to provide internships to students with volunteer experience who exhibit talent and drive, coupled with an aspiration to become tomorrow's leaders in the entertainment industry, but lack the necessary financial resources to pursue the educational experience an internship provides.

Internship Supervisor - Network with Music Industry professionals, place and supervise Music Industry student interns. Research and present current music industry trends related to technology, record labels, popular culture, artist relations and development, marketing, publicity, product development, brand management, social media platforms, streaming, copyright issues, current and past business practices, music industry communications, music licensing and music supervision practices. Lecture to over 200 students, write curriculum and assessments. Mentor students interested in publicity, marketing, social media music supervision, music licensing, artist management, tour management/concert production, sound design, audio engineering, songwriting, and performance.

Artist Relations and Development, Music Industry festival coordinator and panelist, Create innovative marketing opportunities through artist relations, public relations, social media, community engagement, sponsorship, branding, and music licensing. Artist Manager for professional opera singer, Music Licensing, Music Clearance, Music Editor and Music Supervisor services. (Certified ProTools Operator). Recruit Artists and Labels for music library, song placement, public relations campaigns, connect Artists with music technology services, sponsorship, marketing and performance opportunities.
