Nicholas Green

Member of The Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi
From Indian Harbour Beach, Fla.
I am currently finishing my final (2nd) year in the master's program at FIT. In the School of Behavior Analysis, I am studying Organizational Behavior Management (OBM). Applying the science of human behavior to business and organizations has led to many exciting research opportunities and ideas. Over time, my OBM interests led me to occupational health. Specifically, I investigate motivational interventions to get office workers moving more. The name of the game is moving, and moving regularly...also, let's not forget, we need to get kids moving more in the classroom! I am currently applying to PhD programs for Fall 2015. I am interested in studying variables that promote the greatest healthy behavior change. Like I said earlier, it's not about sitting or standing...it's about moving. Learn more about the importance of regular movement by reading this book.
