Northwood Legal Nurse is an up and coming full-service nurse-consulting firm located in Central Illinois. CEO, Julie Watson received her BSN from the University of Iowa in 1996 and has worked as a bedside nurse in both rural and tertiary care centers. She also is a proven leader, managing an 18-bed High-Risk Antepartum Unit and a Level III Labor and Delivery. Along with her nursing background, Julie received her Master in Jurisprudence in Health Law from Widener Delaware Law. Her team includes nurses that currently practice in a Level III Perinatal Center, which includes a Maternal/Fetal Medicine Outpatient Department, Low/High Risk Antepartum, Labor/Delivery/Recovery and Low/High Risk Post-Partum, Level 1 Trauma Center Emergency Department, Surgery, ICU, Medical/Surgical, and Outpatient Medical Triage. Northwood Legal Nurse Vision and Mission is to incorporate the caring and compassion that nurses possess and provide with the extensive medical knowledge that has been gained through years of nursing practice.
