QM 922A WOBC/ WOAC Instructor / Writer. Responsible for providing instruction and mentorship to Junior and mid grade Warrant Officers to assist them in their duties as Army Food Service Technicians at the Division level and above and to newly appointed MOS 922A Warrant Officers, in order to prepare and certify them for the accomplishment of their duties as Army Food Service Technicians at brigade level and above. Duties include scheduling curriculum and training events, and coordinating with CASCOM Training Development in updating and writing learning content, practical exercises, and evaluations. Responsible for continuously updating course content to include relevant and real lessons learned from current operational missions by serving as a facilitator to create a learning atmosphere conducive to exchanging knowledge and experiences among instructors and students, in accordance with the Army Learning Model 2015.
