Nathan Wascher

While working in the PA Manufacturing department, I completed design and implementation work to troubleshoot and improve the differential assembly lines at ZF Gainesville. Projects included, designing and building a new ergonomic assembly table for the line, completing time studies for process improvement, completing CAD drawings of replacement parts for future reference, and making improvements to stations for ease of operation and operator safety. While working in the PA Quality department, I completed analysis on assembly line stations to reduce reject rates and ensure suspect parts are caught. I gained experience with NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness), while looking into test bench rejects.
