CellularOne was bought out by AT&T, I worked in/out bound finical services, (collections) for past due cellular phone account/ Mainly 30 day team, anyone that was about to be turned off all the way to 30 days past due we would help out with payment arrangements ti get their account into good standings. Mainly to help them avoid going into 60 day or 120 days or even into outside collections agency's...
