There is a wide range of responsibilities that I have. First and foremost is customer service and making sure our customers feel confident, happy, and secure in their purchases. I mainly work the cash wrap which involves ringing up merchandise, adding on other items to increase my personal net sales, and offering customers any help they may need. I am responsible for calling down to the warehouse for customers' apparel/bags, help open/close the store, and having an extensive depth of product knowledge in order to help customers and be more successful in my duties.
