As a member since the Fall of 2013, Northcraft has served in many positions, including on the Professional Committee as Alumni Outreach Coordinator, as the Vice President of Alumni Relations, as a Master of Rituals, as a Vice President of Membership, and, most recently, as Chapter President. Northcraft was selected as one of twenty members Fraternity (not chapter) wide to attend "The Academy," a four-day intensive leadership and management seminar only offered to the top Brothers in the world.

They promote professional growth and networking by bringing in heads of large corporate IT departments to discuss the field.
