I organize the daily work of Student Consultants, provide technological assistance to faculty and staff over the phone and in person, perform virus remediation for infected technology, and oversee Technology Support Center operations. I also meet with other Supervisors and Technology Support Center Staff weekly so we may work in a team-based setting to update Technology Support Center programs and processes.
