He has held several hands-on internships, and continues to participate in planning studios, seminars, and field travel collaborations that build on his diverse impact on communities. Currently, he is actively seeking employment where he can apply his creativity and experiential knowledge of walkable, mixed-use, and transit-oriented communities. He aspires to advance his collaboration with public and private stakeholders in order to create opportunities that will benefit the well being of communities. For Rich, creative placemaking is not just a knack; it is his passion.

• Contributed to the 2015 Comprehensive Plan by researching, mapping, analyzing, and photo rendering several landscape housing, corridor, and economic opportunities. • Created promotional flyers and property brochures to promote economic development and business relations. • Analyzed site plans and revised ordinances in order to improve the efficiency of the development process with customers.
