Rachel Knipper
I am a student at Iowa State University majoring in Animal Science. I come from Eastern Iowa where I grew up on a dairy farm converted dairy beef / stock cow operation. I am a member of multiple college clubs, and hold many positions. My passion is agriculture. I plan to work in this field in the future, hopefully in nutrition or other animal science fields. My goal is to make an impact on our world through agriculture, and help people truly understand where their food comes from, and how it gets to their table.
