You are welcome to contact me at rlefeve@gmail.com I have over 20 years of telecommunications experience which began with installing phones in vehicles, performing component level repair as a bench technician, and working in operations first as a cell technician and then a switch technician. Then, with MetroPCS, I performed dual job roles as a switch technician and an engineer during the Detroit Market launch, then promoted as the switch manager and later to a national level engineering position.

Evaluate, manage and maintain software levels across all markets. Support market and corporate departments by providing expertise, procedure development, reporting of analytics, providing network architecture diagrams, and control point for deployment of features and strategies as they relate to core elements. Work with equipment vendors to forecast needed growth, request quotes, track progression of projects, voicing network concerns and critical issues for resolution, and acting as point of contact for national projects.
