I 'm a shy and kind girl but after I get to know you I open up and more then likely will become a friend. I am also a good person that can lend a helping hand and a listening ear when needed. I'm not shy though when it come to vocalizing when something goes against my morals or decisions and can't have my mind changed that easily. But other then that I am just a kind and helpful person who also loves dogs and any other type of animals.

Forensic Science Society
I was able to get more information on the ways I can go with a degree in forensic science as well as have fun at multiple volunteer events that gave me a chance to be able to help the community of portales. One event that we did was trunk or treat and that was on Halloween and each group created a game for the kids to play and gave them candy after they played the game. It didn't matter that they won or not it was all just for fun.

National Society of High School Scholars
This was an online group that mainly was there to help future college students find scholarships and get them in the wright path to e able to pay for their college bills without taking out a loan. This group was also an high held expectation group like the National Honor Society but was more elite and secretive an not many students got accepted form Portales High School. So by getting in it was a great accomplishment and academic achievement.

The main responsibility was to make sure the whole club did volunteer work and keep up with there academic work. We did Santa Cop and the town Easter Egg Hunt for are community service group project but there were also other community service activities that several students did as well. Other then that the group as a whole was on top of their grades to make sure they had a extraordinary GPA and were passing all of their classes. This group was for the people that were well in advance in there studies and were held to a higher standard and expectation of being a successful leader in there academic life after high school.

Mathematical Engineering Science Achievements (MESA)
I was in the group all 4 years of high school. It consist of small events held through out New Mexico that the school could afford for the kids to go to. Its projects were focused on robotics. And a NEMI leadership activity that are club ambassador made sure that all the members got to go to. I mostly did robo rave in Albuquerque and MESA day. Both consist of building a small robot that accomplish the designed task in order for it to receive point to try and win first place. My project for robo rave in the entrepreneur challenge was an automatic dog kennel for the elderly and disabled. The years that I did this project it was a great hit with the people that came to view and vote on the winners for that challenge. My senior year on this project we got 10th place in the international competition was was a great success. Along with that I was the club vice president my senior year which mainly consisted of me just doing the activities and helping out the newer members. I also had outstanding achievement in the MESA club my freshman and senior years.
