Skills Management of Corporate Operations Responsible for working with physician leadership in developing and implementing corporate strategic long- term and short-term business plans. Responsible for working with health system leaders in developing cardiovascular service line initiatives. Develop and maintain annual corporate operational budgets through process planning in order to support corporate mission and vision. Attends Health Systems ACO meetings to ensure Quality Incentives are achieved. Oversees IT/IS Department to ensure ease of workflow for all clinical staff and non-clinical staff members in our corporate enterprise programs. Oversees Clinical Research Department staff to ensure patient recruitment for clinical studies hits their target goals. Facilitate daily operations to 9 office locations in collaboration with the IT/IS Department. Maintains compliance with governmental regulations and industry requirements. Develop policies, procedures and protocols for daily operations ensuring objectives are driven by patient satisfaction scores and financial revenue metrics. Oversees Human Resource Department on staff recruitment, development, and performance metrics. Develop and maintain company employee manual. Delegates authority and responsibility to department heads in developing and improving management techniques and practices using Six Sigma methodologies.
