I also assist and encourage the customers to utilize the purchased products to provide maximum benefit, provide insight into future developments, and assure any issues are addressed in a timely manner.
I started with the company from the 1st day in 1985 as a college job. I've grown with the company from the ground up. I've done everything from working on the dock, dock supervisor, dispatch, payroll, AP, AR, drive tractor trailer, systems and network and sales. My sales technique is operational sales. I know what we can and can't do and I sell to our strengths. CPT is a family owned service company with a long history of great employees.
